SCENE’s partner ADDMA/ Athens Film Office has launched an End–Users and Requirements Survey in order to identify and understand the needs and requirements of key stakeholders in the film industry. This step will serve as the foundation for shaping the SCENE platform effectively.
To achieve this, they’ve employed a Participatory Design (PD) approach, actively involving various stakeholders such as production companies, location managers, and artistic directors, in order to gain a deeper understanding of the insights of film production.
The approach has included a comprehensive survey to gather input from these stakeholders. We’ve also planned to conduct a series of online meetings, user focus groups, and workshops to define user stories for different scenarios. The ultimate aim is to comply with the diverse needs of end-users, ranging from filmmakers to investors, throughout every stage of the film production process.
As of now, we are eagerly awaiting the results of this survey. These results will play a key role in shaping the development of the SCENE platform. The information gathered will be used to fine-tune the development efforts, ensuring that the platform aligns with the real-world needs and expectations of our users.
In the coming months, the survey findings will be analysed. Stay tuned for more updates as we move forward with these activities.
